The Botanist has now arrived in West Bridgford and is already taking root in the area’s vibrant food and drink scene.

Multi award-winning pub operator The New World Trading Company (NWTC) has officially opened the doors to its latest venue, offering guests an extensive menu of over 45 mystifying plant-based cocktails, an anthology of ales and mouth-watering dishes, including aromatic hanging kebabs and baked chocolate chip cookie dough.

The Botanist will also be bringing its popular Sunday Roasts which include  outdoor-reared roast pork belly and a variety of rotisserie-roasted dishes.
