    Exploring Curious Tavern – Nottingham’s hidden gem

    The Curious Tavern is situated in Nottingham city centre’s oldest hotel, constructed in 1822, and formerly known as “The George” (now Mercure Hotel).

    Serving Starbucks coffee and offering a light, fast daytime menu, there is an addition of  great traditional tavern comfort foods with the evening offer at the Oyster and Champagne Bar serving tasty seafood delicacies.

    The decor reflects opulence of George IV’s renowned style, design of the venue has been inspired both by the historic Georgian architecture of the building combined with 21st century chic.

    The UK Green Film Festival is back for its seventh year, and is delighted to return to the Broadway Nottingham.

    This May, the UK Green Film Festival gets ready to bring the very best of environmentally themed films from around the world to one of the UK’s largest cinema networks. Taking place over 8 days from the 4th- 11th May around the country, it’s rapidly expanding into one of the biggest touring cinema events in Europe.
